5 I really appreciate you guys. Didn't have an appointment, had a nail in one of the tires, I was going to take the car for tire rotation next week, but, the air pressure of that on Didn't have an appointment, had a nail in one of the tires, I was going to take the car for tire rotation next week, but, the air pressure of that one tire was low. Brought the car there for blind spot monitor calibration. Sam called and said they could not perform calibration unless they remove the bumper and adjust the sensor. $300 additional to calibration. Calls again and said, they are unable to adjust the sensor due to the dent by the sensor. Gives us a bill in full for attempt for calibration and removing the bumper. Fixed nothing. It should have been diagnostic charge vs full charge for calibration and bumper removal. Very unfair and unprofessional! More
