I made an appointment and indicated that I was going to be waiting. It took 2 hours for a simple oil change. There was no coffee in the lounge and no one could be found to brew some more. When I was ready to check out, there was one cashier and I waited in line 10-minutes to pay. Then had to wait for my car. I get that the labor force is strained these days, but 2.5 hours for an oil change? I don't usually go to the dealer for an oil change (I was doing my aunt a favor and getting her car serviced). Now I know why I go down the street where the little mom and pop shop has fresh coffee and gets me in and out in 30 minutes flat! More

Some good guys some who must hate working here. I have had a few easy services that I was in n out. Other times, not so much. When I took my car in for my tire pressure light being on the tech told me it was "the season change" I took it to firestone and they filled my tires and never heard of a "weather change" affecting tires.
