Unfortunately, Sarah who schedules did not follow thru on my call and I had to repeatedly keep calling to set up my recalls, but other than that, this is the best dealership that I have been doing business w my call and I had to repeatedly keep calling to set up my recalls, but other than that, this is the best dealership that I have been doing business with for more than 20 years. I took my 2013 Toyota Corolla S in because of a safety recall. I'm new to Phoenix and was a little out of my comfort zone but quickly felt at ease with a welcoming face. Eddie answered my questions, explained that it could take some time and escorted into the waiting area. I decided to go the parts department since I needed a spare key as well. I apologize I do not remember the man's name. He was very polite and professional as well. I spent two and a half hours at the dealership. There was confusion when the valet brought my car. There was a number on my paperwork but the key tag stapled to the it had a different number. Unfortunately, the gentleman brought the wrong car up. He was very apologetic and I assured him that he did not need to be because I understood. Another man quickly found my keys and brought my car up (as it was very cold outside). As I was driving away I notice papers from my glove compartment on the floor. I pulled over, called AutoNation and left a message for Eddie. Unfortunately, till this day he never returned my call. I noticed a sign stating that the dealership would not be responsible for items left in vehicle. I must say I did not appreciate that someone was going through my glove compartment. More
I have had my car serviced at Auto Nation Toyota since I purchased it in 2013. They have done a great job each time I took it in. Auto service was very good as usual. Ride home provided by AutoNation was inconvenient. Driver took me a half hour out of the way to pick up another of their customers to take back to AutoNation, then he by AutoNation was inconvenient.
