Service Advisor Jorge Ibarra did an outstanding job of customer service today. I brought my 2014 Camry Hybrid in for maintenance and for repair of the front bumper which was loose on one side due to hangi customer service today. I brought my 2014 Camry Hybrid in for maintenance and for repair of the front bumper which was loose on one side due to hanging up on a parking block. Jorge was very helpful in discussing the issues. He returned the car in very good time AND the bumper was fixed at no charge. I appreciate that - I have been coming here since 2014 and have never felt that charges were being piled on. Oil cap was not replaced after oil change. Five minutes after leaving dealership I smelled smoke and stopped. Opened the hood and oil was dripping down on the engine. I had a very long day and confusion as to who was servicing me. I purchased a Honda with a Toyota Auto Nation service agreement. i mistakenly went to Honda for service. I wasn't informed until app servicing me. I purchased a Honda with a Toyota Auto Nation service agreement. i mistakenly went to Honda for service. I wasn't informed until approx. an hour later that I needed to go down the road to Toyota. Once I was in the proper place I was informed of the progress of my car by Eddie. He was very helpful on what would happen with my filter replacements,which had to be ordered. Instead of me waiting longer I was sent home and asked to come back once the filter was received. I could not return due to my unexpected illness. Of course Eddie was off and the filter was used on another car. This is when Chris had a filter delivered and I returned in 3 hours, Chris replaced the filter and sent me on my way in 15 min. Thank you for your excellent service. More
