Took in my 08 camry hybrid due to a rattle like noise coming from the rear end of the car. As expected the shocks needed to be replaced. They didn't have the part so had to wait to the following day. Se coming from the rear end of the car. As expected the shocks needed to be replaced. They didn't have the part so had to wait to the following day. Service advisor was courteous and communicated well. Tech sent a video showing the leaking shocks. There unfortunately is still a rattle but now only on the big bumps. The car rides better but the noise still needs to be diagnosed. Only major complaint was the cost. Over twice as much as the internet estimated. More
I took my RAV4 in to be serviced and had the pleasure of meeting Eddie. He was very, kind courteous and respectful. He explained what my vehicle needed to keep it running for years to come, I agreed. When I went to pick my vehicle up, he told me he had given me a Military discount because he noticed my Veteran license plates. He went above and beyond to help a Veteran!
