Not to mention the AC is broken, I was promised 2 keys but for one, repairs were promised and after 4 days back at dealer still not done. Absolutely awful experience. The service guy, Jessi, was really nice but didn’t actually check that my car was clean after detail. I asked many times to speak to a manager and they never called me. More
Great service from Jose. Knowledgeable courteous and helpful. He explained that if I was short on time I could drop off my car and showed my how and where. Knowledgeable courteous and helpful. He explained that if I was short on time I could drop off my car and showed my how and where. More

Toyota finally admitted that there was a problem with the 070 white paint on the Toyota Priuses as well as the RAV4s and Camrys. I was so excited to get my car back as it had been over a month. I left two me 070 white paint on the Toyota Priuses as well as the RAV4s and Camrys. I was so excited to get my car back as it had been over a month. I left two messages with the supervisor trying to get a status report on my vehicle. My calls were never returned. When I did finally pick up my vehicle it was obvious to me that someone had been inside of it. Also my radio did not work. Everything with my vehicle was working fine when I dropped it off with Rich Taylor for our scheduled appointment. Over a month later I finally get a call that my vehicles ready to come in and pick up. I was so excited to get it back. When I got in the vehicle to leave the dealership. I noticed that there was power to my radio but no sound. I brought this to Rich's attention who also brought it to his supervisor's attention. After quite some time the issue is not resolved and I was told that I could leave and they would follow up. Rich did call me later that night and said that the third party that painted my vehicle said my radio was not working when they got the car. That is a fallacy! I have since called the supervisor. Chris Keenan three times and left three messages and not once have I gotten a call back or a follow-up. I googled this issue and it came up as it could be having something to do with the amplifier. So I looked in the boot of my car and I could tell immediately that someone had been back there. Things were not as I had left them. Once I lifted up the underlying panel I found a loose screw nut just sitting there where the Prius battery goes in the back now. Why somebody would have needed to have been back there. I have no idea. I also know that my battery was reset because the clock is not the same as when I left it when I dropped off the vehicle with Toyota initially. Then on top of all of that I find the remains of an otter pop plastic wrap in the back of my car. I don't eat those so how did a wrapper end up in the back of my car? Also, my front windshield was replaced without even asking me. I know that there is an issue with my radio because I have gotten into the car a couple of times and the sound actually come on for just a few seconds. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism and transparency Toyota has shown in getting this issue resolved. It's my understanding that when the dealership brings in your vehicle they run a full diagnostics so why wasn't that report checked? I just want my car back the way I took it in but with the paint being repaired obviously. I am so disappointed in Toyota. More
