They texted me about a special to come in and get some service on them. I had an outstanding recall and they were able to check it by texting back. It was very easy and convenient. I would say one area to improve was when I went to pick up my car. I stood in a massive line with papers in hand waiting to give them to a person to get my car. People swarmed the attendants and the line was not clear cut so getting cut was not fun waiting in 100-degree weather. More

It took a while for the serv. rep. to come to my car and talk to me Too hot to be sitting & waiting for 15mi or so. His estimate on the time of service completion was way off. I was also disappointed that they no longer washed the cars. I may try to take my car else where for service that also wash the car! I think, that the company is doing itself disservice by having "dirty, ugly" cars on the streets. More
