Usually I have a very good experience with the service department but this time was unsatisfactory. The last service they said I would need to have new tires soon. This time no mention of tires even thoug department but this time was unsatisfactory. The last service they said I would need to have new tires soon. This time no mention of tires even though I haven't replaced them. Which time did I get erroneous info? Do I need or not? Usually the service rep goes over everything they did and found on the inspection. Not only did no-one go over anything, it was very disorganized and short staffed. They could not find my service advisor and it has never taken this long to get my car. It would be a great addition to service if they washed the car when you pay for service through the dealer. Service has gone downhill since my last visit. More

In addition to the scheduled service, there was a slow leak in one tire caused by a screw imbedded in the tire. Jorge, who handled the service on our vehicle, said he would take care of it for us. They removed the screw and plugged the leak at no charge to us, which they were under no obligation to do. It's nice to know that old-fashion service still exists. We highly recommend them. More
