Service representative Sam Stuart handled my request to check the wheel and wheel assembly on the passenger side front. He offered an appointment on the third day, but I needed to take my wife to two medical appointments in a neighboring city that third day. He then let me leave the car overnight and had a mechanic check it the next day. I appreciated Sam's fitting my car into that second day's inspections. Sam was professional and effective. More

I usually never write negative reviews but I feel this feedback will help improve their service department. For one, you will wait for a minimum of 2hrs for any routine maintenance but what alarmed me the feedback will help improve their service department. I, unfortunately, have an interlock installed and they requested I pay $350 dollars for a convenience fee to get a basic oil change. When I went for my first oil change, they allowed me to drive my vehicle into the garage and drive it out. The second time, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for this basic routine. I went towards the end of the month, and my feeling is that their service department was attempting to hit their quota by adding these extra charges. I went down the street to get my oil change for $75. Even though this was drastically less than what they were trying to charge, the sad part is that my vehicle is still under factory warranty and it should have been for free. Truly disappointed with this experience. More

I know they are trying hard to sell cars and work on them. But the car shortage and short handed in the jobs did make it a bit challenging. My Mom purchased hers from them and they did great.
