I’ve gotten every PM on my 2010 Prius done at this dealership that we bought it from. We are generally pleased with the service, tho wait times continue to grow. The only other knock was that the car was not washed as usually happens. I chose not to complain at the time because the longer wait time for the service had me impatient to leave.
