After several attempts to get a service advisor to call me back, I finally had to physically go to Toyota and make an appointment and talk to the service manager to tell him how dissatisfied we were. We ha me back, I finally had to physically go to Toyota and make an appointment and talk to the service manager to tell him how dissatisfied we were. We have been long term customers over 21 years. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles. We did get our truck in for service finally. Makes me think twice about buying another vehicle from Toyota if service is out of reach! This really saddened us.
