Made an appointment to have my car serviced, and scheduling was easy with my normal service advisor. Got a text later that morning that the vehicle was ready, and to come pick it up. When I got to the cashier several hours later he could not find the paperwork and after 10 minutes or so of looking, I gave him the name of the person that had texted me (not my normal service advisor). After another 15 minutes he finally came back with the paperwork. After I paid I went to the service drive and gave my paid paperwork to the valet, who then went to find my car. After another 10 minutes he finally came back with my car, but the hood was covered in bird dropping (car was clean when I brought it in). After expressing my disgust the valet asked "would you like me to run it through the wash?". Another 20 minutes later and he came back with a nice clean car. Other issue was the service record said they did a free multi-point inspection, but they did not include any paperwork showing findings (or lack of findings) - so my assumption was this was not completed. Overall everything turned out fine, but I had to spend a lot of unnecessary time (close to an hour) at the dealer to just pickup my car. The paperwork should have been ready at the cashier, and the car should have been in the same shape as when I dropped it off (no bird droppings). Very disappointing, and a clear lack of quality control. More
I was upset with how the dealership handled me. They backed my car into a pole. No acknowledgment when I told them there was yellow paint all over the side of my car. I don't understand how you can hit something and not know. I watched it happen as well and once I told them that, they stopped trying to act like they did't do it. The manager also tried asking if it happened while there until I told him I watched them struggle to back out my car. I was extremely upset they hit my car. It is a brand new car with barely 5,000 miles on it. I got no apologies from anyone... They did however give me a free rental and take my car to the body shop and fix it for free. However the customer service just was not there. Tried to get away with it at first and then when offering to fix it, they still didn't seem to car about what they had done. I would give this more then one star because of Savannah at the rental desk, but the experience in itself was terrible. Savannah was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything and explained everything to me. I was told my car would be ready by a certain date and the wrong number had been used for me. So I went in and checked on my car and had her again. She talked me through what was going on and updated my number. When my car was ready, she was working again and remembered me and was expectional once again. She is the only person I dealt with who seems to know what customer service is. Sadly this dealership is near my house and I will not be returning because I do not trust them with the care of my car or them taking ownership of their mistakes. More
