Service at this dealer takes forever. I went to this dealer on December 16th for 55000 mile service which is just tire rotation and 12 point check. it took 2 1/2 hours for this service. t More

I will contact the GM on Monday but doubt it will make any difference... This location has gone from highly regarded to some real questionable issues during this last visit. I am not even sure i would ever go back there.
