When my car was rear-ended, Jessi Tays (service advisor) was a big help in taking the pictures and video of damages. He got the vehicle mounted on a rack and captured all the details of the vehicle damage, was a big help in taking the pictures and video of damages. He also kept me updated with progress on the repairs and since the parts came by sooner than planned, the repairs were all done and done well earlier than expected. I needed my Truck serviced and called in at the last min to see if i could get in. Not only did I get the 60,000 service done the next day it was exactly what i needed in terms of timing. In todays world of lack of customer service from all industries. Its refreshing to see Tempe Toyota is so far above most service organizations. I recomend them to anyone needing service just amazing. I received an offer in the mail for a free check up so I called and made an appointment. When I arrived just for the check up, I was told it would take about an hour and a half - said it was a crazy morning called and made an appointment. When I arrived just for the check up, I was told it would take about an hour and a half - said it was a crazy morning. So why make an appointment? My main need was for air in the spare tire. He said he would try and get it done quicker. Thankfully he did do that. I requested that they place the spare with the stem downwards and the stem facing the back so it would be easy to get to. When the service adviser gave me the keys back, he said that they didn't place the spare as I wanted, they were able to fill the spare tire with air, but they could only put the pressure at 38 lbs. (I had requested 40) because if I hit a bump hard the spare could act like a bomb and explode. When I drove away I checked the tire pressure on the display and the pressure in the spare was 50! I think they were just in a hurry and did not want to pull the spare out and re position it. None of the other fluids or systems were checked. More
