Although I decided to wait for 2 hrs in the lounge, which wasn’t bad at all, hot coffee and wifi was good. But the service was great! I do hope next time to take advantage of your shuttle service or car rental so I can go do some shopping or get something to eat. We found some great stores just around the corner that are available with your shuttle service. We also found a Chipotle that was walking distance from your service center which would be a fun walk on a nice day. Thank you Toyota Service Team! More
I was told I needed an alignment that I did not! I was charged for the service and when I asked for a printout of what was done and why I was told it didn’t exist. After a heated exchange I did not wind up paying for the service. When I went out to my truck, the missing printout was handed to me to “prove how badly I needed an alignment”. All it proved was that they were going to charge for a 4 wheel alignment when they did only 2, and after showing the printout to 2 other highly skilled mechanics I was told that I didn’t really need one at all! I would expect this from a corner shop, not a dealership. I will drive out of my way to avoid this dealership in the future. Not only that, my experience from drop off to pick up was completely unimpressive. I felt the staff was rude and put out to have to do their job. More
I have a 2019 Tacoma and in the last 2 years I've been in service Center 3 times but what I thought would be warranted we warranted service. It really depends on who you get as your service adviser as to wh service Center 3 times but what I thought would be warranted we warranted service. Conner was a great service adviser. It took 7 hours from drop off to the call to come pick up my vehicle. Seems too long to me since I was the second person in line for service. Long wait. Good service representative who took time to answer my questions. I am VERY disappointed with Toyota however, as they took away the navigation system on my 18 Camry and didn't replace it with anything. I am a senior and need this feature occasionally. The only solution is to turn off blue tooth and reply on G Maps (no visuals), buy an I-Phone, or buy a new car. I am a life-long Toyota buyer and think they are the BEST vehicles, I'm really, really disappointed in losing something I purchased when I chose the care - something I valued and need. More
Most of my contact was with Eddie Alameda. He was awesome! I don't know the names of anyone else but, everyone was friendly. I don't know if my vehicle was sanitized because it wasn't washed.
