Had an oil change done on 7/19 with having my fluids topped off. I went on vacation shortly after that, came back and a day later my car stopped in the middle of road, wouldn't turn on. If it did, it would turn on, try to run, but turned itself off. I was left stranded with my son in the middle of the road. I had my car towed to a near by shipped and they had diagnostics done saying whoever worked on my car last, put in the WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID in my car. I had to pay over $300 for diagnostics and a transmission flush because the AutoNation technicians put in the wrong fluids in my car, almost costing me the car instead. They have lost my business and I am never coming back. More

I came in for a general service that was included with the purchase of my car. The service agent Ryan listened to what I had to say and was very polite in his response. The room was clean the T.V. was not to loud and had an interesting program on. I received a text message saying my car was ready at almost the exact time Ryan told me it would be. My expectations were meet and exceeded. I am happy that this is my home dealership. More
