Appreciate the estimate given so I can utilize going to the gym using the free service of taking the customer within a 10 mile radius. The concern is I asked how late for pickup. I was advised to call around 2pm for a pickup of 230. Around 4 the driver called to say it would be another 30-45 minute as he was the only driver. I had to call a friend to pick me up and take me to the dealership. I would suggest developing quality control for this service. I'm very patient and understand a delay, but the delay was excessive. I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo (Cashier) and Michael Conner for my first service appointment on my new 2021 Toyota Rav4. They were very welcoming and ready to assist. I was a little disappointed in Jean's customer service skills at the Rental desk due to her lack of helping the customer when there were multiple people in line waiting to be helped. Every time I interact with her I get a sense of "Don't want to be here." Other than that, no complaints here! My process was quick and easy even though I was not able to use a Toyota rental, they did cover a rental and shuttle service from Enterprise to accomodate me. AutoNation Toyota is awesome! More
This dealership needs to restructure the Cashier & Valet situation. It should not take 30 minutes to pick up my car. One Cashier working and the ticket is never in their files so they have to spend 5 minu situation. It should not take 30 minutes to pick up my car. One Cashier working and the ticket is never in their files so they have to spend 5 minutes searching out the Advisor to get the invoice. That is excruciating when there are several people in line waiting to pay and they have to do that for every person. For the Valet, there were 7 people standing out in the heat at the Valet and noone showed up for 15 minutes. I had to get the attention of the Service Director for assistance. More
