When I arrived I was greeted right away and checked in. After check in I waited approximately 30 minutes to be assisted by a service team member. My scheduled advisor was off, but a new one eventually took over. There was no upselling and the oil change took a couple hours. It got hairy when picking up my vehicle, seemed everyone was done at the sa took over. There was no upselling and the oil change took a couple hours.
