I know that the pandemic has taken toll on everything but after this service appointment my car was returned dirty and smelling of gasoline. First, they send way too many emails asking for you to leave a review about your service... five within the span of 11 days to be exact. Second, regarding the service, I had to wait 3 hours for an oil cha leave a review about your service... five within the span of 11 days to be exact. Second, regarding the service, I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change to be completed whereas at other Toyota locations I am in and out in an hour or an hour and a half. Why do they allow so many appointments to be scheduled at the same time to the point where it takes multiple hours after the scheduled appointment time before your vehicle is even seen? That all being said, the front end service representative I worked with was friendly and professional. More
