I purchased four new Michelin tires from this dealership for over $1,200. After the installation, the tires were inflated well above the pressure recommended on my vehicle’s door label. The numbers were 1616, 5016, 1918, and 1918, meaning that my tires were approximately eight to ten years old. He clearly explained what their age meant for my safety. After taking my car into the service area, he brought me pictures of each tire so that I could personally see the DOT markings. He also showed me that one tire had a nail in it. Based on his findings and explanation, I had all four tires replaced with Michelin tires. The entire service took approximately two hours, which I considered reasonable. Overall, he was thorough, professional, and answered my questions to my satisfaction. My only concern was that when I arrived home, I noticed that all four tires were inflated to 42 PSI. The label inside the driver’s door of my 2012 Toyota Camry recommends 35 PSI when the tires are cold. I would have preferred the new tires to be inflated according to Toyota’s recommended pressure.
