I do not recommend going here, their financing options are PREDATORY. By the time the dealership financing is paid off. I will end up paying double what the car is worth. The reason I chose this dealership is due to the affordable sticker price for the vehicle I wanted. Also, they raised the base price of the vehicle by $3,000 without telling me and (unfortunately) without me noticing. Avoid this dealership at all cost or at least be thorough with the paper work. BUY FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION. They will act like they cannot take off extra protection plans, which some are helpful but it appears the protection plans have a lot of overlap in what they cover. So you end up paying extra for one or two more items that will be covered and most would deem unnecessary. More
I was in the car business for 30 years and was looking for my last new car. Knowing how you can be pressured by some car dealers I would leave if I felt like the salesman was going to go down that road. for my last new car. I was not looking to buy that day just to see what model I would be interested in. I saw one that I thought would work. The negotiations started with no pressure and I was impressed at the no pressure to make a decision. I bought a new 2024 Camry 6cyl xle and was schooled on all the new features by Rodney who was very patient and professional. Did I get a good deal? I felt it was a fair deal and everyone was happy. Sometimes it’s better to get a good fair deal than squeezing every penny and being exhausted. Lol More

The service was awful. I had a 9:45 appointment did not take my truck back until 12:00 and also lost my paperwork, I was at the service center for at least 6 hours waiting I had a 9:45 appointment did not take my truck back until 12:00 and also lost my paperwork, I was at the service center for at least 6 hours waiting for my truck to be serviced. The service manager or whoever needs to see that this never happens again to any of the customers, This service took place at the Auto Nation on Thorton Road. I always have a great experience at AutoNation on Thornton road. The customer service is excellent, everyone takes their time explaining the services being done etc. I went in for an oil change and n Thornton road. Mr. Terrence was extremely helpful with explaining the financing options and helping me get approved. I will be back soon to get the rest of my repairs done. More

Luckily I reached Jennifer who advocated for me from the start. They saved me thousands by beating out competitors prices all while being personable and relaxing. She checked in with me every step of the way, even when there was a delay from the Toyota factory. They made sure the specifications I wanted on the truck were there, and when there were additional accessories they were reasonable on adjusting the price. They are great about doing business here without taking advantage. Got my dream truck (Tacoma TRD Pro) that nobody else could find in manual. Thank you Jenn. More
