Decided to take advantage of complimentary oil change since purchasing my vehicle at a Autonation dealership. My oil was changed with the wrong viscosity. Discovered I now have a oil leak and the oil fil since purchasing my vehicle at a Autonation dealership. My oil was changed with the wrong viscosity. Discovered I now have a oil leak and the oil filter wasn't changed. I was hoping that this dealership would be a viable option for minor maintenance service. I am attempting to contact the service manager to address these issues. So far this has been a terrible experience. More
