So many dealerships advertised available 2023 Camry SE’s for sale, but you get there and they were pre sold or in transit. Then the sales person tried to switch you to another vehicle. Kenneth Maxwell, did the exact opposite. He listened, he offered the available selections and I selected what I wanted and he did all the paperwork. It was seamless. He gave me the numbers after discussing it with management and finance and asked if I would be comfortable. I said yes and the deal closed. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. This is a great dealership and Kenneth Maxwell’s 8 years of experience shows in his professionalism and ability to understand customers needs. I was out of town for a work meeting and my car died on me. The tow truck driver recommended AutoNation Toyota Thornton Rd. I was not familiar with any of the other locations that came up on my Roadside Assistance App. They worked me in and had me on the road in 5 hours. I was truly grateful! UPDATE-recommended to get hose to radiator replaced. So glad I went in to take care of this sooner than later. The mechanic had not connected my fans to the radiator or bolted it back down. Thank goodness no further damage occurred. More
