They are like every dealership they PUSH! ! They are NOT true to their word. I had it in writing.. but turns out when I went to pick up the weather tech floormats I was promised. I was told t ! I have always serviced my car with this dealer since i bought it from them. Their service is great. Only downside is that everytime my car goes in for service, i recieve repeated calls asking if i would l bought it from them. Their service is great. The service was overall satisfactory. I didn't understand that after scheduling an appointment I would be told that it will take up to 2 hours for the oils change & tire rotation, but I I didn't understand that after scheduling an appointment I would be told that it will take up to 2 hours for the oils change & tire rotation, but I guess that was OK. i took my tacoma truck there because it wouldn"t pass emmissions test ( readiness failure). they kepy it overnight for a cold compression test the next morning. i picked it up and was told to drive it to emmissions test ( readiness failure). they kepy it overnight for a cold compression test the next morning. i picked it up and was told to drive it to testing place ( about 20 plus miles away ), it did not pass again. i called and was told to drive it about 100 miles more and it would be ok. I drove about 10 miles and check engine light came on again. i paid $120.00 for nothing, and have to pay again for next emmissions test....I am definately noy satisfied with this service. More
