I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I feel like they got their money so the customer no longer matters. On 3 occasions I’ve asked for a breakdown of what I paid for. I was told every time that’s not a problem they would email that information. I was also told I have a 3 year warranty on the exterior and interior of the car. Upon reading the warranty none of what I was told is covered. After calling the dealership the sales person told me that a third party handles that warranty. I asked if I could get that information. Again I was told that information would be emailed to me. Also told the tire rotation included balancing which again is not true according to the warranty even though the salesman swore it was. A manager called me a week later to review the the survey and I asked him for the same information and told me that it would all be e-mailed to me it would be no problem. Have not received it. I asked about the tire balancing and he told me it was not included and that I didn’t need to balance my tires when they are rotated. I have never been anywhere that they haven’t balanced my tires when they rotated them. The manager told me to let him know when I bring the car for service to let him know and he would give me his discount to get my tires balanced. I will allow them to rotate them as long as it’s under warranty but will take my car elsewhere to have them balanced. I won’t spend any more money then I have to with this dealership. I feel they have been dishonest or very I knowledgeable. I’m sorry I had such a bad experience because I bought a car there 10 years ago and it was great. No longer the case. More
