My experience dealing with AutoNation Toyota when it was all said and done left me feeling, dirty, used, and at the end felt like the stereotypical example why used car dealers, are known as used car dealers!!! My sales rep was extremely nice and answered my questions. He tried hard to complete the transaction. I was told that Carl is the used car, sales manager, and the GSM of the dealership. Carl, if you really are the GSM. AutoNation should strongly invest in sending you to get trained on how to properly communicate, answer questions in a timely manner, oh, and the big one do what you say! If you’re just gonna be a dirty used car sales guy. Just be man enough to say you’re not gonna honor the deal you put out instead of slow playing me and wasting my life!!!
