I bought a service package with my new car and I bring it to this dealership for service. They do a great job. They did not notify me when my car was ready. I had to call them. Also they marked one filter ch to this dealership for service. They do a great job. They did not notify me when my car was ready. I had to call them. Also they marked one filter change as "recommended but declined" but they never called me to ask if I wanted it. I probably would have declined it but would like to have had it explained. More

They took the floor mats out of the vehicle and tried to force me to buy them for $599.00. I refused and now have a 4 runner w/o floor mats. They attempted to sell me a $2600 xxxxxxxx appearance warranty th force me to buy them for $599.00. I refused and now have a 4 runner w/o floor mats. They attempted to sell me a $2600 xxxxxxxx appearance warranty that I refused. They told me it wasn’t optional. I was able to refuse it but only if I financed through them. They were able to get the interest rate where I wanted it so I did. They also did a xxxxty job of cleaning up the car and I had to send it back twice to get really obvious xxxx cleaned up. The 4 runner is really nice but it would’ve been good to buy it anywhere else More

I recently serviced my Toyota Highlander at this dealer and the mechanic failed to put all the front passenger tire nuts back; put only 2 back instead of 5 putting me in danger and causing damage to my veh and the mechanic failed to put all the front passenger tire nuts back; put only 2 back instead of 5 putting me in danger and causing damage to my vehicle. I had my car towed to this location. I called an hour or so after I knew the car was dropped off by the AAA towing truck. The manager, Mitch, claimed that he did not have the car there, I called an hour or so after I knew the car was dropped off by the AAA towing truck. The manager, Mitch, claimed that he did not have the car there, and even if the car was there, the keys were lost. He also gave me a lot of attitude. I went by the next day to make sure the car was there. Not only was the car sitting in the front of the building, the same manager (Mitch) tried to argue with me again. He stated that the car was not out there even though I walked past it as I entered the building. After receiving no updates on my car during the two days it was in the shop, I was told the service tech and their manager had driven the car around trying to recreate the noise/problem, but they "never could" recreate it. As I drove the car off the lot, the car began to make the same noise. I would not recommend this place even if it was the last mechanic's shop open for 250 miles. Horrible management, and they aren't afraid to lie. Thankfully they didn't charge me, but why would they charge when no work was actually done? More
