The service advisor was friendly and very helpful. My advisor had not made it in for they day yet, and another advisor stepped up to help me out. Every time I go here to buy a vehicle, I’m pressured into warranties that do not actually cover what I need. My most recent purchase I specifically asked for no warranties but here I am, paying for them afte warranties that do not actually cover what I need. My most recent purchase I specifically asked for no warranties but here I am, paying for them after them being hidden in the contract. I get constant calls to upgrade my vehicle and when I explain the only vehicles I would consider upgrading into, I’m talked over on the phone and told to just come in and chat. I have been offered a great trade value for my current truck but when I contact them to entertain the trade, all of the sudden they want to give me less than the vehicle is worth on KBB. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Plenty of other honest Toyota dealerships in the Atlanta Metro that will get my business next time. More
