I have always been pleased with the service provided for my car, except for the most recent service appointment. It took the technicians over and hour and a half to change oil and rotate tires. My car was not repaired feel like because it was warranty work they didn’t want to do because they don’t receive full pay in warranty work… Just my opinion!! And when I received my paperwork there services work they didn’t want to do because they don’t receive full pay in warranty work… Just my opinion!! I was notified I had a recall on my 2020 Toyota Corolla, I spoke with the young man, Courtney Golder, in the service department that always takes care of me, we discussed when would be a good time to come a I spoke with the young man, Courtney Golder, in the service department that always takes care of me, we discussed when would be a good time to come and have it taken care of. I was there last Friday morning, August 5. Not only did they take care of the recall issue, Courtney also explained I needed a new battery. I so appreciate his kindness and help to me, amazing care. I waited in the comfortable waiting area, also enjoyed a cup of coffee! Give my thanks and appreciation to Courtney and the staff that took care of my car! More
