I received a call about a free courtesy oil change. I asked what was the catch since nothing is free. The service rep advised they haven’t see me in a while and just wanted to show me they value my bus I asked what was the catch since nothing is free. The service rep advised they haven’t see me in a while and just wanted to show me they value my business even during Covid. I explained I moved 40 minutes away which was the reason they haven’t see me in a while. I scheduled my appointment and went a few days later. When I arrived the service was quick and fast. While waiting I was expecting to receive a long list of items that needed work or a conversation to buy my car. However at the end they advised my car is up to date on maintenance. Then the service rep stated your car is is in excellent shape and stated I should have it for many years with how I care for it. I was surprised and happy my worst thought didn’t come true. Finally I went somewhere without someone with a different motive. Would definitely commute back to this location for this excellent service. More

The service itself was great , but customer service does not keep the customer in the loop. I had to call just on several occasion just to get an update on the progress of the repairs.
