Workers were very courteous and professional, I gave 4 stars because the wait is just too long for me. I would prefer auto nation do my oil changes but I’m used to going through the oil shops you stay in stars because the wait is just too long for me. Service adviser don't have structured pricing that the follow when you bring you car in for servicing or they choose not to follow one so they inflate price of Service you looking to take care of. My service adviser told me to $150 to check my check engine light, the person who he referred me to the next day says $84. They tell you it won't cost much to do your repairs, and once they done, it's way over what they tell you to get you to leave your car. They print labour price @ $113 per hour when quoting, when I went to pickup my car, because I left the papers at home, he quoted $137.99 per hour for labor. Just be very careful with this service center, I'm 1 and done! More

The technicians who performed the work appears to have done a good job. However, the service advisor is totally inept. This is my second time dealing with this particular advisor, so I'm qualified to make done a good job. However, the service advisor is totally inept. My car's service was complete & parked waiting for pick-up for over 30 minutes & the advisor was clueless. This happened during the 1st visit as well. Honestly, the professionalism of ALL the service advisors could be improved. Too much laughing, giggling & joking around as if they're in a bar at happy hour. But they straighten themselves up & play the proper role when a pretty woman pulls up to be serviced. I shouldn't have to inform an advisor that my car is done. Not sure if I will return. The professionalism is poor, but the technicians seem to do quality work. More
