I took my Camry to AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road for a set of new tires. When making the appointment, I tried to verify that there was a discount for a set of 4 new tires, but was unable to get confirmat set of new tires. I went to this dealership to have a tire rotation, I was there 3 hours waiting for them to do the service, and they brought my car out send told me it had been done. I got a service receipt. Look at my tir there 3 hours waiting for them to do the service, and they brought my car out send told me it had been done. I got a service receipt. Look at my tires where i had on one different tire than the manufacturer tires, and noticed that it had not moved. The service advisor told me it was because it was a newer tire than the others and that is why it wasn't moved to be back and rotated. The manager said that the tire should be in the back because it's new and the old should go in the back and he knows that because of his 30 plus years of experience..I was not happy with his tone and the way he handled me as a toyota customer. I felt like because I was a woman the manager did not give my concerns about not receiving the service i was there to get and the service they had me believing i was getting as i set there for there hours. The manager simply said ma'am what do you want.. we can do the tire rotation now. I said sir i have already been here four hours. It was a disappointing experience to have my suspicions realized, because i feel that they had done that to me before.. More

There was no 24 point check list even though I was told it was done. Service receipt did not show tire rotation even though I requested but again I was told it was done.
