The agent greets me at my scheduled time, takes the time to listen and answer my questions, and is upfront and clear about what is necessary. I also like that they keep my car records in their system and explain what may need to happen next and when. I like that they know about car care and management. I truly appreciated my last car visit where Bernard discussed the necessary maintenance such as oil change, filter, etc. He was very kind, engaging, and knew everything about my car.
