I had an appointment at 1030 am for services. I arrive at 1023 am. The waiting period for an oil change and tire rotation was over 2 hrs. Besides, the wait time staff were friendly. My service appointment was at 8:30 am. I left the dealership at 1:00 pm. My rep, Mitch, was very professional, courteous and hustled the entire 4.5 hours I was there. Besides the long wait, service was very good with detailed information given. Reinaldo Glen helped me so much and made my experience spectacular.
