I arrived at 8:48 am for my 9 am appointment. I was immediately checked in from my car. Everyone wore masks. Checked me in and took pictures of my car with the many I pad looking devices that I saw the workers holding. I was very pleased with the coupon I had been provided with before y visit and the recommendations I received after my car was serviced. I was also not pressured into making a donation to the breast cancer charity that Toyota suports. More

The service department was not busy when I arrived, but I still had to wait before seeing a service person. I was told the 10K service would take 1.5 hours but it took 2. I had an appointment for a recall issue. I dropped the vehicle and went home. They call me and tell me the part will not be in for 4 days. Manager then agreed to come to my house and pick up the car, fix vehicle and went home. They call me and tell me the part will not be in for 4 days. Manager then agreed to come to my house and pick up the car, fix it, then bring back. They came to pick it up and had it all day. I called to see when they were returning...and they never started it. Zero communication. I wonder what the advisors are supposed to do. More
Extremely dissatisfied. 3 hours for just an oil change. I requested Ricky as my advisor and he was working but I was assigned to an advisor that truly didn’t know what he was doing from start to finish (Re I requested Ricky as my advisor and he was working but I was assigned to an advisor that truly didn’t know what he was doing from start to finish (Recarrdio Mitchell). He wasn’t knowledgeable at all & had to keep asking other advisors how to do just about everything he had to do!!!! Also, my maintenance indicator on my dashboard was NOT reset as it should have been. I am hereby extremely sorry that I took my vehicle to be serviced at that location. More
The tech was friendly and polite. I arrived before my appointment at 11:25. Sat in my rav 4 for 15 minutes before I was assisted. I was told my tech would be right with me. New tech who was great took over my appointment. But I was told an oil change and rotate tires when I made appointment. Had only an oil change. Finally done at 2:00!!!!!! 2.5 hours for an oil change!!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!! I get it was a free service because I purchased vehicle there. Last oil change, looked at done vehicle for over 35 minutes before they told me my vehicle was ready. I made appointment for a Wednesday as suppose to be slowest day for service. One more free service but I will probably go somewhere else where I don’t need to wait so long. (I was told 2 mechanics didn’t show up for work.) not techs fault I understand that. Still very frustrating to take so long. More
