Service people were courteous and service was completed in a reasonable length of time. However, they failed to reset the computer, so I am still getting the "Maintenance Required Soon" message every time in a reasonable length of time. However, they failed to reset the computer, so I am still getting the "Maintenance Required Soon" message every time I start the truck. I called and asked if I needed to come back in or if someone else like AutoZone could reset it. I was told someone would get back to me with that information. Still waiting for that call. More

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE THESE PEOPLE LIE TO YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG BUYERS! They told me they put gap insurance on a car I purchased from here and they did FROM HERE THESE PEOPLE LIE TO YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG BUYERS! And when I went to talk to managers Matt Harfoush and Jade Brannen about it and Matt looked me in the eyes and yelled at me and told me and I quote “YOU’RE LIAR!!” He said, “I SEE THE REVIEWS YOU POSTED AND THE BBB REVIEW AS WELL AND YOU LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING”. Very unprofessional. What do I have to lie for? I called on number of occasions and asked if I have gap insurance and Soloman and Junior both told me that I do even though I didn’t have it. This is apparently how they treat customers that patronize Toyota for years. I’ve purchased 2 brand new cars from Toyota and this is how they treat a customer when THEY made a mistake.
