IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE THESE PEOPLE LIE TO YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG BUYERS! They told me they put gap insurance on a car I purchased from here and they did FROM HERE THESE PEOPLE LIE TO YOU AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG BUYERS! They told me they put gap insurance on a car I purchased from here and they didn’t! And when I went to talk to managers Matt Harfoush and Jade Brannen about it and Matt looked me in the eyes and yelled at me and told me and I quote “YOU’RE LIAR!!” He said, “I SEE THE REVIEWS YOU POSTED AND THE BBB REVIEW AS WELL AND YOU LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING”. Very unprofessional. What do I have to lie for? I called on number of occasions and asked if I have gap insurance and Soloman and Junior both told me that I do even though I didn’t have it. This is apparently how they treat customers that patronize Toyota for years. I’ve purchased 2 brand new cars from Toyota and this is how they treat a customer when THEY made a mistake. All they have to do is own up to their mistake and do something about it More

Customer Service is TERRIBLE If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This has got to be the most unprofessionally ran service department I've ever dealt with. Attempting to get a s If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This has got to be the most unprofessionally ran service department I've ever dealt with. Attempting to get a service advisor to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. I'm doing more leg work and I'm the customer. Sad part is I'm trying to get something done that's not even my issue, it's a manufacturer defect!! I left a message with a service manager 4 hours ago and no call back. I called 5 different times to speak with the front desk who then try to transfer me to several different advisors who then do not answer the phone. One lady actually said "I'm looking at an advisor who is standing next to the phone, he should answer." Well guess what, he didn't. I then spoke to a member of the Parts Dept who physically walked down to the Service Manager's office and said he was sitting there on the computer and would transfer me. You guessed it, he didn't answer the phone either. And after leaving him yet another message, I'm sure i will not receive a call back AGAIN. No wonder they have such a poor score on Yelp! This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll gladly go to another service department in another city to get what I need. Judging from their lack of follow up and professionalism, they don't read these reviews and don't care about any of their customers. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP/SERVICE DEPT. More

I received a My 2017 Toyota Highlander's "tire light" appeared. I took the vehicle in on March 4, 2019 to determine the cause of this light being on. I received a call, indicating that the right rear tire needed to be patched. So, I paid ~$30-$35 to have this service completed. My vehicle was at Toyota for the entire day. Less than two days later, the tire light appeared once again. I ignored it for a few days because the weather dropped into the low 30's and I was once informed that a change in weather may trigger the tire light. However, after the weather warmed up and the light still remained, I scheduled another appointment to bring my vehicle back in. On March 18, 2019, I returned to have my vehicle inspected yet again. I was told that whomever patched the right rear tire did not patch it properly. I was not charged for this visit, but the inconvenience of having to bring my vehicle in twice (for the same issue) was an issue for me. Less than a day later, the tire light appeared AGAIN. By this point, I was very frustrated with Toyota. I called and demanded to speak with a manager. He (Andy Phillips) was not in the office, so I left a voicemail for Andy both on 3/18/19 and on 3/20/19. Today is 3/25/19, and I have yet to receive a return phone call from Andy or a representative at Toyota. I am very much disgusted by the service I've received at Toyota, not only for my Highlander, but also with my Avalon. I've been in the family of Toyota for 18 years, and this Thornton Road location continues to disappoint me. More

They replaced her drive belt and after having her vehicle for hours allowed her to pay hundreds of dollars and take the vehicle home. I come home today Friday 10/5/18 and find a recall postcard sitting in my mailbox for her vehicle. I am beyond mad due to the fact that she just had her vehicle in for service. I call in to the recall hotline and the gentleman that assisted me was trying to be helpful as I was understandably agitated by this situation. I got transferred to AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road and got a service agent with a nasty attitude who acted as if I should not be frustrated with the fact that they could happily take my money but not possibly save my wife's life by completing a recall. I will happily take my business elsewhere, out of my way, in order to never give this dealership another dollar. They will complete this FREE service that they should have completed without ever allowing my wife to leave the dealership and I will not be back. More
Terrible Service ! I had an appt to get an oil change . It was slower than usual when I got there so I thought I'd be out of there quicker then usual . Usually the wait I had an appt to get an oil change . It was slower than usual when I got there so I thought I'd be out of there quicker then usual . Usually the wait is two hours which is absurd in itself . I was called out where I an employee Matt showed me two filters he gad taken out of my car to tell me they needed replacing . I called to run it by my husband who said no he would replace them himself . This seemed to make Matt irate but he told me he'd have my paperwork done up in five minutes . Now wouldn't that lead you to believe your vehicle woukd be ready when your paperwork was . Anyways I went and sat back in the lobby . 20 minutes go by so I go out into the service center asking about the paperwork . The employee I'm speaking to now is Evan and he asks someone to go find out where my car is . Employee comes back and literally is having trouble finding my car . He asks again about my car - Year - color / tag etc . He leaves and comes back and claims it's now getting the oil changed . I go sit back down . I would say 40 minutes go by and I'm called out . I pay for the oil change and am told my car isn't ready . I go sit back in the lobby . Another oh hour almost goes by so I text my husband to let him know I'm still at the Toyota place and my plans for the day are ruined . Minutes later he texts to find I'm still there . He calls the service center and gets no answer ( I find this out later ) , so he calls the sales manager . The sales manager has to walk down there and get Evan on getting this resolved . Even comes into the lobby and walks up to the wrong lady calling her Mrs Maxwell ( my name ) . I have to walk over and tell him I'm Mrs Maxwell . He asks if the man that had me pay gave me my keys . I said if he gave me my keys , would I still be here ? To end this I got my keys ,my car had been sitting out there ready for god knows how long . Total disorganized, total lack of friendly customer service employees . I don't know how these people have jobs . At least the ones I dealt with . Never going back to this location !! More
