Made appointment due to recall. Added tire rotation and oil change. Got there and they were NOT prepared for recall, main reason for going! Bought a highlander in December 2022 so went for my first service which was a quite pleasant experience. The service writer explain what needed to be done and that they would tend to this as expeditiously as service which was a quite pleasant experience. I was then recommended to wait in the splendid waiting area which I did and which offered free coffee and chocolate etc. I was then notified that my SUV was ready within reasonable time after which I took possession and noticeably it felt much better than when I took it in.
