I have been using the service center there since I bought my car 6 years ago and this was the worst experience that I had there. I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 and it took 3 hours. Had an appointment but since my car was over 25k miles I went to the back of the line and my appt did not matter. Ended up waiting 2.5 hrs for a 20 minute service. Only after asking when my car would be don went to the back of the line and my appt did not matter. Ended up waiting 2.5 hrs for a 20 minute service.
