Was there for almost 3 hours for an oil change and to check vibration regarding the 4 tires I purchased from them. I had an emergency and had to go. Went to see my advisor Cory, (who’s very nice an professional by the way, and no reflection on him) found out that the tech had just gotten the tires off and not gonna be ready for a while.. I asked them to get it ready and will just bring it back another time for the vibration issue. That took about 25 minutes and once I’m on the road, I noticed that the service reminder was not reset, and sticker reminder for the next service was also not placed. I’m not trying to be critical, over 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment seem excessive… More
