I had an appointment for 10 AM on May 9th to get an oil change and have my tires rotated. I arrived at 9:45 and was not attended to by a service manager until 10:49. The first thing is that an appointment there means nothing as there was a very long line with little progress. It was chaos in the parking lot and almost got into a fight with someone who tried to cut the line. Both the service manager and the general manager said they were helping by parking cars. It is on them that they do not hire sufficient staff. So my car was finally ready just after 2 PM. That's 4hours plus for an oil change and rotation. There was a gentleman waiting longer than me to have a windshield wiper replaced. Now If I was a service manager when he got to the front of the line and I saw what he needed, I would have picked up the wiper from parts and installed it myself without having to send the car to the garage. They said I needed new tires, but refused to give me the mileage credit from the Michelin warranty. Nick, the GM, and Stewart the Head Service Manager, and service managers need to be replaced as while I was waiting for a service manager inside I often saw service managers talking in groups instead of tending to customers. This time was the worst time on Toyota Winter Park. I always had a great time there, except this time. I arrived to my service and the first guy approached and ask my name and the reason of my visit. I said the info and he said someone would come to assist me. 30 minutes later a guy asked what I was doing there, and I said the 30k miles service but I am here for 30 minutes and nobody came to assist me. Then the advisor arrive and started to ask me the common questions and he said "you know that this tine you don't have toyota care" and I said I know but I have Toyo Guard and I would like to use. He checked on the tablet and marked oil change and tire rotation. I asked him if they would perform the fluid checks and 30k miles service and he said yes, we do all checks. I said ok and I went to the waiting room. Usually the service takes 45min to 1 hour. This time after 28 minutes the car was ready. I thought, really? So fast and I asked him "did you do everything? Was so fast. When I got home I double check the manual and they didn't replace the cabin air filter, engine air filter and said that I declined to have the courtesy multi-point inspection. Nobody asked me that. I was thinking if they really changed the engine oil and oil filter. More

My appointment was at 11am, Angelo took my car at 10:52am. Received a text saying my car will be ready in 1 hour or less!!! I waited until 1pm before going out and asked if my car was ready, that's w 10:52am. Received a text saying my car will be ready in 1 hour or less!!! I waited until 1pm before going out and asked if my car was ready, that's when I saw Angelo so I asked him and he just pointed where car pick up area was, didn't seem like he wanted to help. Once I finally saw some one I asked again to my surprise my car was already done but no one notified me. After I reach out one of the guys got my keys, then thats when I received a text from David saying my car was ready for pick up. More
