I scheduled the appointment for an oil change, which I was in and out pretty quickly. But as I'm waiting in the line with my window down, a service porter walks by and SPITS towards my driver's front tire was in and out pretty quickly. But as I'm waiting in the line with my window down, a service porter walks by and SPITS towards my driver's front tire. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I get it that they are only "SERVICE PORTERS" but they are one of the first employees that the customer sees. And I thought that you get a car wash after an oil change which has happened every other time but I could be mistaken. As far as the Advisor Joel goes, nothing but class and he even was going to not charge me for a QT of oil because I didn't read the fine print in the coupon, but I told him it wasn't his fault and that I would pay for the extra QT of oil. I am giving the Advisor 5 stars because I don't want to punish him for something a porter did. But it definitely needs to be addressed. More

I told the advisor what my problem was & what I wanted & expected. I sat there 4 hrs & at the end I was prosented with a whole lot of other so called problems that needed to be taken care of instead of what expected. I sat there 4 hrs & at the end I was prosented with a whole lot of other so called problems that needed to be taken care of instead of what I came for. Upon leaving there, I took my car to a reputable mechanic & after checking out the so called problems your poeple found I was told I didn't need most all of what I was prosented. I paid for 2 different tests & not the one I came for. I am expected to return & pay for that test to get the answer to my initial problem.I am eleldery, on social securiity, & no way can I afford over $3,000 for the kind of repirs I was expected to get. The advisor was nice & explained everything to me so I will give him that. More

I have been a family member of the Toyota Dealer in Winter Park since 2015 and both the attentive and respectful staff and some managers, especially Mr. Luis Medina, have been responsible for the fact Winter Park since 2015 and both the attentive and respectful staff and some managers, especially Mr. Luis Medina, have been responsible for the fact that fortunately in my home we only have Toyota brand cars. Only issue I have if you have a problem with the car and agreed to get the repairs by dealership, they should remove the diagnostic charge. I do not want to count this toward the service advisors, but would not recommend this dealership to anyone else, due to the way they charge for diagnostic fee. More
