For the first time in the 15 plus years I have been bringing my cars to you for servicing, I am extremely disappointed. After 3 phone attempts to get a service manager to respond to my call, I have yet to receive a call. Considering the amount spent on the recent repairs, I expected a phone response. I usually give 5 star, but this visit was w challenge, they didn't top off fluid's my battery xx said all clear, I was told they would check electrical battery and charging system didn't see any of that o they didn't top off fluid's my battery xx said all clear, I was told they would check electrical battery and charging system didn't see any of that on the paper work they obviously overbooked their technicians that means they don't care enough about their staff when they are over working them, but they replaced the battery no charge my service advisor was awesome they didn't do an electrical xx and last it took over 2 1/2 hours for not sure what. They ask you to do 5-star rate in the end and that isn't honest to me, let the consumer rate on customer experience The dealership is old and service centre isn't accommodating for the volume of business, but I do have to say they work very hard More
Dealership had van for a month. Was suppose to fix automatic trunk closure mechanism. Picked it up after it was serviced and stated it was working. The dealership was extremely busy, people everywhere. I had a warranty repair that had to keep my truck overnight due to new part failing. Best part....I was not hit with any upselling and that is why I'm giving 4 stars.. The service dept. was extremely busy but my rep recognized me in the crowd and took good care of me. Customers have to be patient due to the massive amounts of things going on. The check in line is long at any time of the day. Don't wait for your repair, leave your vehicle there! I would have probably lost my mind if I had waited on it. Overall, the employees were keeping it moving and staying positive. More
