Had an appointment at 7, arrived at 6:50. Was told my car would be ready within the hour, checked at 8:15 if it was ready and they told me if I didn’t receive text then it wasn’t! At 8:50 I finally went up to a supervisor to see if he can go check on my car because at this point I have been here 2 hours. He went to check and came back said “ma’am I’m really sorry we dropped the ball on your car, they couldn’t find the paperwork on your car so that’s why you’ve been waiting for so long. So I asked why didn’t they say that when I asked 40 minutes ago. He couldn’t give me a response, just apologized . I then get in my car and the message that comes up to call dealership for maintenance is still on !! So did they really even do anything ? Maybe just waste my time ! More

I have been coming to this Toyota dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2011 and this visit was the first which was unfavorable. I made an appointment like I always do and when I checked in it coul purchased my vehicle in 2011 and this visit was the first which was unfavorable. I made an appointment like I always do and when I checked in it couldn't be found I showed my email verification but I believe I was treated as a walk-in because my vehicle was never seen on the first day and had to remain overnight. There were two issued found and this was the first time I question the sincerity of the evaluation but proceeded to get the work done. I left my garage door openers in the rental I was given, called several time to try and retrieve them without a single return phone call. Over the times I have come to this service center this time was very unsatisfactory and disappointing. More
