As always quick and complete on service items, great staff, keep up the great work, HOWEVER I was looking at upgrading my Tacoma to a newer Tundra and the Staff guy who did the apraisal on my pristin staff, keep up the great work, HOWEVER I was looking at upgrading my Tacoma to a newer Tundra and the Staff guy who did the apraisal on my pristine 2019 Tacoma with just a bit over 15,000 miles gave me an astronomical low ball apraisal when asked he did not even look at the truck he did not know it was a TRD with 4-Wheel drive as well as the extras on it, needless to say I was Insulted by the trade value offer! I have done business with them for close to 15 years of which i bought and traded in 3 Rav 4's a 4-Runner, and purchsed a tacoma.. not sure why this happened however it makes me want to consider another Dealership. 5-Star service dept, 1 -Star sales not happy with what transpired. More
