The tires were rotated and no one noticed a nail in one of them , I returned 3 times for this to be resolved, before they just put air in the tires and sent me on my way. My service tech needs to be trained, apparently he is new. The one before was just rude. I miss the techs that you had a few months ago, they knew what they were doing. If there was another place to take my car too I would. When I did finally locate my car after asking for help several times, no one bother to remove the floor paper or work number sign. I also had to ask for a sticker to know when to come for the next oil change. More

It wasn't until I went for prepaid service that the service was rated by time and not mileage. Thus service had expires, I also found out that when first notified of needed oil change, there were only service was rated by time and not mileage. Thus service had expires, I also found out that when first notified of needed oil change, there were only 3000 miles, and I discovered that it was supposed to be 10,000 oil change. With the pandemic, no one is driving high mileage and if you sell one of those care packages, you should tell the client, it has an expiration date. Then perhaps the customer will not feel as though they have ripped off and cheated out of their money. Bill Boyd. More
