YOU COULD DO BETTER WITH THE SHUTTLE RIDES, I WAITED OVER 1 HR AND WAS STANDING THERE AT THE PICK UP SPOT, THE SHUTTLE WENT TO THE FRONT AND PICKED UP ANOTHER PERSON WHILE 5 OF US STOOD THERE WAITING, 1 GUY 1 HR AND WAS STANDING THERE AT THE PICK UP SPOT, THE SHUTTLE WENT TO THE FRONT AND PICKED UP ANOTHER PERSON WHILE 5 OF US STOOD THERE WAITING, 1 GUY WAS WAITING 2 HRS, I WOUD UP WALKING HOME OVER 4 MILES. I was taken in for service promptly and service person was polite and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the time it took to get the tires rotated. I did not need an oil change. Service advisor provided very good and prompt service and was informative re issues. Was not pleased with the quick and sloppy vehicle wash...why bother??!! One long surface scratch on tailgate which I had was informative re issues. Was not pleased with the quick and sloppy vehicle wash...why bother??!! One long surface scratch on tailgate which I had to return with the vehicle the following day, but was buffed out successfully by the Service Manager.
