AutoNation Toyota Winter Park - Service Center

I have to say I was disappointed this time at AutoNation. There was a 45 minute line getting into the dealership. Service was okay but my pickup experience was not what I normally expected. They get 2 stars back for the fact that they did give be 15% off. However, I had to but a new 12v battery from them at the full ~$350 cost and the installation after that, after I had just done so at the en 15% off. The battery can only be bought from them, all the dealerships have the same price, the car can only have the one type of battery and yet it’s only labeled as a “part” so it gets max of a one year. Another line of 12v batteries there was cheeper and had a 3 year warranty, but I couldn’t use it so it meant nothing. I know the dealership has to play by the rules of corporate, but they still have the ability to flex and work with people on things like this. But the faculty was nice, they have a movie room to wait in, and they did do the 15% (which didn’t even cover install). I wasn’t going to do a review anywhere but they sent out the email, so I’m doing it only here. More

I towed my Prius to this service station on January 8th 2022. It remained there until I had it towed to Orlando Hybrid Auto repair on February 4th. After I called cooperate to complain because after 3 week 2022. It remained there until I had it towed to Orlando Hybrid Auto repair on February 4th. After I called cooperate to complain because after 3 weeks they still could not find the issue with the vehicle; the dealer said they brought in special technicians to help them diagnose this issue. On Monday January 31, they said they would need to replace the fuse box for $1800. and that would not fix the car but help them with the diagnosis. I said no. They still charged me $200.00 for the time they spend trying to diagnose the issue. On February 4th, 2022 at 1:00pm I had the car towed to Orlando Hybrid Auto Repair. At 4:00pm on that same day, Orlando Hybrid called to tell me the computer was blown, they replaced it and the car is now working perfectly. They only charged me $600.00 NEVER Take your car to this dealer for service!!!! More
