Very disappointed with my service. I bought a vehicle six months ago and the battery died leaving me stranded on a cold rainy night. I called roadside services and waited two hours and no one turned up. The months ago and the battery died leaving me stranded on a cold rainy night. I called roadside services and waited two hours and no one turned up. The following day I went to the dealership and was told that the battery was not covered. I bought a new battery for over two hundred dollars. When I asked for the old battery I was told that I have to pay for it. Shame, shame, shame. What a ripoff. More

The guys doing the service were friendly enough. But the person who scheduled the service called me to put me on their calendar. Told me there was no cost, then scheduled me for the wrong date. I went anyway, just a month later than we agreed to. Found out that the service was NOT free despite what she told me. The service center guys gave me a break on the price, but I wouldn't have gone to them for this if I had to pay, I'd have gone elsewhere. Just more lying and deceiving from this car stealership.
