Claudi Franco, service manager, was most gracious in helping me. Even though my car only needed to have the rear view mirror reattached to the windshield, I was there several hours. I have been a customer for over 20 years and purchased 7 Toyotas from this dealership. I have also had all service on these vehicles there. When I arrived I was told there would be a 2 hour wait for this service and since I was in a long line I agreed to wait. Well after 3 hours I contacted Jerry in Service and asked him to bring my car back to me without oil change. He then checked on it and said it would be ready shortly. Therefore I do not intend to use Auto Nation Toyota service ever again. My appointment was not recognized and 3 hours for an oil change is horrible service. More
Stopped by to scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 4Runner. Was expecting a couple weeks out for an appointment but Michael Gonzales said the parts were in stock and could perform the work while I wa 4Runner. Was expecting a couple weeks out for an appointment but Michael Gonzales said the parts were in stock and could perform the work while I waited (~1.5 hrs), no appointment needed. I couldn't believe it, every other dealership I've been to over the years has almost always been booked 2+ weeks out. I doubt this is the norm but was a pleasant surprise. Michael was very friendly and also answered a couple of my technical questions regarding the recall work. While I waited I purchased a couple of WeatherTech items that were competitively priced with the online retailers. Overall a great experience that was unexpected! More
My service advisor was Cristina wow all I can say amazing customer service from start to end. She greeted me with a smile, Kept me informed about issues with my car, made sure she reviewed my history in the customer service from start to end. She greeted me with a smile, Kept me informed about issues with my car, made sure she reviewed my history in the system to make sure she can see what was covered by warranty and what wasn’t. Was super friendly and gave me her full attention and made me feel very important and taken care of. She was super sweet to my son and gave him a coloring book and crayons. She was outstanding. When driving up they offered me a cold bottle of water. Most of all everyone was wearing a mask and when waiting in the car line to get checked in they had us wait in our car what a great idea instead of rushing us out they kept us in our cars I loved it .. it was safe due to covid19 and when it was time to check in that’s when we left the car and sat in the waiting area. I felt the flow of the new way was so organized and will planned out. Everyone greeted you with a hello and a smile. You saw the supervisor on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly and all customer were taken care of. Yes it was busy it was after the Labor Day holiday.. yes I had to wait three hours but I felt safe and taken care of and that’s what really matters. I will like to thank Cristina again this experience was outstanding. I also wanted to thank Rommy , Stewart and Sale for running such an amazing team Great Job Auto Nation Toyota with the new changes. I love it. More

Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership! They are VERY nice when you first come in, but once you buy your vehicle they turn around and try not to help you if something is wrong!
