I know for a 100% FACT! this is a automatic message. Let me not only explain how much autonation of winter park doesn't hold the " values " you guy portrayed but how unprofessional and cons yous all are. Today 9/9/2021 i went into the dealership after applying for a vehicle to give yous the " second chance " and after speaking with the " sales manager " the day before and getting APPROVED! i came in to make something happen. Not only did the manager " Daniel rivera " which i know is not his real name because it wasn't the name he gave us when he was trying to CON us into going LIED and told us the car i had applied for was available really wasn't, every car i picked out after that magically got SOLD while i was there. As soon as i said i had 0 down the attitude changed! Nobody really wanted to help out even after explaining how i had just went in 2 months ago and put down $3k on a nissan rogue that THE OTHER MANAGER HAD TO COME OUT AND GIVE US A JUMP START BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T START just for us to get back home and it was the reason why i didn't want to put money down! I asked to speak with the GM and i was told he's never really there so please explain this to me ( if this is a real person whos responding ) Why is it you ALL LIE and CON customers to come in if you really have no real intentions on helping? If i would have said i have another $3k down you ALL would have been at my FEET! explain to me and all of your future victims how is it that yous ALL are so helpful and so " ready " to roll your sleeves up and work to get us a vehicle just to turn around and not help AT ALL once you see no money down? Explain where are these " values " yous so falsely Advertise? Ive brought in more then 6 people to buy a car from this dealership BIG MISTAKE!

Each and everyone of you sales managers are ALL CONS! please people, take it from someone who not only has done business and got screwed over but someome who brought Multiple people to do business with these CONS! DON'T DO IT! if your looking for a Toyota in the Orlando area i advice you to do it at another dealership! This one is NOT there to really " help " i PROMISE 8 OUT OF 10 people will have a bad experience! AGAIN, thank me later
