I needed the yearly service completed on my car. I am the second owner on this car and this dealership was great! Poor communication from service advisor. My car was finished for over an hour and no one told me. Couldn’t reach him on his phone either and voicemail box was full. Did not recommend replacing wipe finished for over an hour and no one told me. Couldn’t reach him on his phone either and voicemail box was full. Did not recommend replacing wiper blades and first time in a storm I couldn’t see out of windshield. I got brakes replaced 18 months ago and they have squealed since. This was second time back for problem and they tell me it’s normal. It is worse after I took it in this time. They squeal every time I brake! A/C was low on Freon but they couldn’t find the leak. They put due in it and told me to watch for it. More
