If you get Oscar Luna or Stuart, the Service Manager, push your car to the next dealership because if not, you'll be pushing your vehicle back there after it leaves. Brought my brand new 2013 Scion in push your car to the next dealership because if not, you'll be pushing your vehicle back there after it leaves. Brought my brand new 2013 Scion in for electrical issues that should have been covered under the warranty. They serviced the car and charged me $326 when I picked it up. The reasoning was that a GPS monitoring component had been installed, which "voided" the warranty. They disconnected the GPS and called it done. I didn't make it out to Semoran Blvd before noticing the clock and radio weren't working, so I turned around and headed back. Oscar Luna fixed a "fuse" and off I went..again. Made a left down Fairbanks and didn't make it more than 3 miles before the power started going out again, then eventually the power steering/brakes, radio, and the entire instrument panel! The car would not keep an idle and I coasted it into the IDC parking lot. Bigger problems than what I originally brought it in for. Called Oscar right away, at which point he told me the tow back may not be covered under the warranty..it just depended on what they found. In the end, I picked the car up today and asked for the Service Manager- Stuart was his name. This "new" problem was covered under the warranty, along with the towing service. But this "new" problem did not constitute a refund for their first mistake in his opinion. It suddenly became an "additional" problem. Meanwhile, their first mistake in misdiagnosing the problem came out of my pocket and they REFUSED to give me a refund. I would highly encourage anyone NOT to have service work done and this dealership! The service department here is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS! More
