Osvaldo was very helpful and guide me through the whole process. I went for my 25k service and he realized that my tires were not in good conditions, he said I could hold on until next service and to keep process. My car (Sienna purchased from you a few months ago) said "maintenance required" so I assumed it was time for an oil change..your staff gave me a same day appointment. I was greeted immediately and Ozzie took wonderful care of us. I had my 2 kids in tow so your facility equipped with snacks/tv/play was like a dream come true. Ozzie could not have been a better representation of your company. I felt like an appreciated customer. He was so gracious, accomodating and kept us informed. Our wait ended up being shorter than the estimated time and he explained to me that we have synthetic oil so it wasn't time for oil changed but informed me about our tires needing to be rotated.
